(Once accepted, feel free to remove your personal info from your user info page) IC Name: James Davis Age/DOB: 12-06-92 Gender: Male Sexuality: Gay Physical Description: Your typical tall dark and handsome hunk. He's 6'2'' and loves it. He has blue eyes, short black hair, prominent cheekbones and broad shoulders. Drool worthy all around. Personality: Unlike his twin, James is very outgoing and very popular. Unlike his sister he doesn't ramble much but he isn't really quiet either. He liked his dad's packed lunches better then Katharine did. He's very protective of his twin and his family, he stands up to bullies even though. Other then that he's pretty easy going. History (Please write at least four/five paragraphs here. You're starting this character from scratch this is the place to flesh him/her out): James was born in upstate New York to the proud parents of twins, Thomas and Laura Davis. He beat Katharine into this world by two short minutes and proceeded to live peacefully with her ...for the most part. At a young age James realized he liked guys. His parents supported him being gay and made him feel accepted in a rigid world. He loves his family and the worst thing that happened to him was being forced to leave. Growing up James was a very active boy. He had many friends in his hometown that he gave alot of attention to. He made sure never to leave anyone out. Despite his plethora of friends, Katharine was always his best friend. They could always listen to each other and talk about anything. James saw "A Midsummer's Night Dream" (the black and white version) when he was around 8 years old and fell in love with the writing. Shakespeare became his favorite author and drama became his favorite pastime. He made sure to be in all of his school plays. Along with drama, he is a very good violinist, he can play a little piano and he sings well enough to be in musicals. Life was very good for James until he started to become older. While James didn't sleep with every guy that he met, he didn't refrain from sex altogether. After awhile it became obvious to the community that he liked boys. James' loving family didn't mind but it began to hurt their family in many ways. His parents began to loose business and friends, and his sister (who was already sure everyone hated her) was being picked on by homophobes. So, for the sake of his family, James ran away. James used his friendly attitude and limited funds in order to backpack across the U.S.A. initially. Then he met Cary. Cary was gorgeous, rich, smart... and an asshole, but James didn't find that out til later. On Cary's dime, the pair of them spent 10 months trekking across the world and I do mean across the world. James has spent at least 3 weeks exploring all the continents... except for antartica. James took many pictures and made sure to write home often until he and James arrived in Australia. After 22 days in Australia, James walked in on Cary having sex with a girl. Soon thereafter James told Cary to choose a him or pay for his plane ticket, and a few days later James was in LA. Now James is backpacking and sofa surfing his way home, he has a few friends at a pride academy that he hasn't seen in awhile. He's gunna stay with them for awhile and see what he finds. Sorry I've been terribly vague for the last few months about where I am and where I'm going. This guy I was with was sure that an angry ex-lover of his was following us as we did research for his parent's company. It was fun for awhile but then like all good things it came to an end with a bang...er him banging an Australian chick. At least I'm back stateside right? I wanted to stay away to protect you guys for awhile longer but I really miss you, so I'm working my way across the US to see you. No worries I'll bring souvenirs! It consisted of a laptop and his essentials of clothing, money, and a used book of Shakespeare's best plays and sonnets. The 'replaceable' stuff was in a secondhand carry-on suitcase at his feet. It was full of stuff he'd been accumulating over the last 12 months and had been sending to a friend in LA to hold. He continued to stand with his thumb stuck out at the side of the winding road in the middle of nowhere Missouri. His friend Ken went to the "Falcon Pride Academy" that was somewhere along this road. Finally he gave up hitchhiking, it couldn't be that much farther? He turned and began to walk,dragging the small suitcase behind him. As per usual, a sensation of excitement began to grow in his chest as he began to approach his destination. What would he find? What would he learn?
